About the speakers

Meleese Hoss is the Founder and CEO of Hoss Group Realty in Dallas, Texas. Meleese, a Dallas native, was raised in Plano, and attended Southern Methodist University. Prior to getting her real estate license in 2011, Meleese worked in luxury new home sales for 10 years. She and the Hoss Group take the time to educate their clients and make sure they fully understand the pros and cons of selling/buying and opportunities in front of them. They specialize in all areas of the market including luxury, new construction, and pre-existing.

Stacey Wyatt is the Founder and Visionary for one of Atlanta’s Top Real Estate Teams who brings an engineering mind, a builder background and an investor mentality to serve Clients at the highest level. Born in St. Louis, Stacey has lived and worked in New York, Washington D.C., St. Simons Island and for over two decades in Metro Atlanta. Stacey has owned homes in Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Alpharetta, Roswell and currently resides in East Cobb with his wife Tricia and their two beautiful daughters. Stacey is well connected through-out the Atlanta area and prides his business on exceptional customer service.

Julie Youngblood, a Sales Leader at Homeward, hosted her first open house at 16 and earned her real estate license at 19. In 2010 she started Youngblood Coaching & Consulting to mentor agents nationwide. She is an Inman Top 25 Coach who has coached more than $3B in income. As a Homeward Sales Leader, Julie manages the strategy, execution, and integration of key partnerships with top brokerages.
