Plus, you'll walk away with a step-by-step guide on how to host an objection-handling tournament with your own team or brokerage.
Maria Rincon MacMahon, Regional Manager in Dallas-Ft Worth at Homeward, is a strategic leader with extensive experience in real estate sales and innovation. Having led real estate sales teams at every level, her frustration at the lack of modernization in the industry fueled a passion to optimize the real estate transaction as a whole. Rincon had a pivotal role in recasting Keller Williams Realty International’s largest franchise group, including a rebrand and overhaul of agent training for nearly 5,000 agents. Her intrinsic understanding of the industry informs her collaborative approach at Homeward, where her first-hand real estate expertise enables her to play a pivotal role in helping to design and deliver financial products to Homeward partners.
John Fountain has been a realtor in the Atlanta area since 1999. He spent his first eight years in sales before becoming a Team Leader for Keller Williams. After leading KW Team to #3 internationally, John launched The Heyl Group (THG) Atlanta Expansion Team, which produced $29 Million in Sold Volume in 2018 and $60 Million in Sold Volume in 2019 under John’s Leadership. In 2020, after multiplying THG Atlanta and promoting leaders within the company, John joined Homeward as a Regional Sales Manager to continue making the home buying and selling process more accessible for people everywhere.
